No Show & Late Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Cancellation Policy for all current and future appointments: A valid debit/credit card is required for all appointments. Text/Email reminders are sent to you 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please immediately confirm your appointment when you receive your text or email reminder from us. If your confirmation is not received at least 24 hours prior to your booked appointment, we may cancel your appointment. In the event of cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to an appointment, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved service booked or $45 may incur.

Refund policy

No refunds issued for services rendered. Treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. The spa reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative skincare treatments if the ones requested are not available or deemed incompatible for the clients skin type. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment series before all treatments are rendered due to unsatisfactory results or adverse reactions, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments may be used as an exchange for other treatments.

Third party vouchers:

All clients are subject to approval of skincare services prior to any treatments rendered. In the event your skincare professional deems you are unable to receive the service(s) purchased due to incompatible skin conditions, etc, you can either receive a credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments that may be used as an exchange for other treatments or you must contact the third party company regarding their refund policy.

We do not process refunds or exchanges for third party companies. Clients who have purchased our services from third parties need to review their third party voucher for terms and conditions. Clients will be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in their voucher and are responsible for contacting the third party with concerns regarding the voucher purchased from the third party company.

We value our clients and hope you will be satisfied with the service(s) you receive!.

Special Consideration: Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking,or any notable changes since your last treatment.

Covid precautions:

We require all of our guests to wear a mask upon entering, during appointment (excluding facial treatments) and upon exiting the premises. If a guest refuses to comply with any of these you may be asked to leave and reschedule
